While Get Efficient, Inc. as a company was founded in 2009, the "Talent" team is composed of seasoned consultants who  are experts in the areas of project management, system integration and web applications. The team has worked together in many capacities for more than 20 years and is highly respected and sought after.

Get Efficient, Inc. is a virtual company. Our physical address is in Haymarket, Va., but our "Talent" is spread across the country. We believe in promoting work-life balance and believe it is achievable by being selective on the projects and clients with which we partner.

YES, we partner with our clients to ensure their success in every initiative they undertake. We are not successful unless they are successful. We promote fixed-price engagements to demonstrate to clients our commitment to getting the job done on time and on budget. We focus heavily on utilizing project management standards defined by the Project Management Institute and follow a process improvement method introduced by the Toyota Production System called “Lean”.
